Vaani School is registered with the State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Handicapped Welfare Department as also with the Govt. of India Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi. The latter ministry is providing some Grant-in-aid to meet part of the expenses of the school. Vaani has made steady progress both in terms of quality and quantity. Within a short span of its existence it has carved out a niche for itself for providing high quality education and the award given by the U.P. Government on 03-12-2009 as the BEST ORGANISATION of the state is ample testimony to this fact.
It's ultimate aim is to be an "Island of Excellence" in the otherwise dismal scenario of deaf education and transform itself into a world class institution. Vaani has brought hope where there was none and provided help where existed helplessness. However, gains thus far achieved have to be consolidated and the system needs to be strengthened for which we are making sincere efforts.
Happiness depends on what you can give and not on what you can get.
